Let me know if there’s any classics I’ve missed! Let’s be lonely, poor, shut-ins together!
Because of I recently posted the blog that both “Corpse Bride” and “Frankenweenie” last night, I have questions to ask for why:
Why didn’t both FW and CB dvds didn’t involve deleted scenes in their Bonus Feature?
I watched animated films on DVDs since 2000′s (Disney and Ice Age), and I knew that some of them have deleted scenes. (You know what I’m talking about, right?)
Also, because of special editions on previous movies, why not do the animatics clips for the Bonus Feature?
Look at the Walt Disney Classics (Pinocchio, Dumbo, Sleeping Beauty) on Blu-Ray features; they revisted the storyboards that were deleted in the per-productions, and they put them in animatics as deleted scenes for Bonus Features.
I understand that Tim Burton doesn’t speak much. However, you can let producers do the narration for the deleted scenes.
For the previous blog that I mentioned, what I meant was that the deleted scenes should be in the Bonus Features from DVDs. (Not putting the cut clips on the movies. Besides, FW and CB are already done, and just leave them). That’s what I meant.
Hopefully the studios will do the animatics as deleted scenes for Bonus Features, just like Disney did to Walt Disney films.
Because the storyboards show the scenes that were cut before the final films.
*CB:
(including cut character)
*FW:
Seriously, Disney (FW) and WB (CB) should’ve do the special edition blu-rays for “never-before-scenes” clips (as in deleted scenes). I hope these films will show deleted scenes in DVDs’ Bonus Features… in the future.
TBH, I missed this little moment the first several times I saw this movie, but I think it’s very important to note that when Lord Barcus is making a ruckus in the church and knocking over benches, Emily’s first reaction is to make sure that Victoria is safe.
Like, this is such a pure moment. I love it so much.
